Product Description

Bio filter System


Biochemical filtration is the core unit of RAS,undering a series of biological cffects, the bait and waste will transfer into ammonia or nitrite, amound of nitrides will lead to aquatic poisoning. Therefore, it is necessary to use biological filters through a certain carrier, cultivate biochemical bacteria,  to make ammonia and other substances in the water decomposition. The moving bed biofilm reactor process(mbbr) relis on the aeration and water flow in the aeration tank to fluideze themedias,resulting in suspended growth of activated sludge and attached biofilms. The suspension filter can be repeatedly contacted with the sewage and is therefore known as the "moving biofilm."The eWater has developed a biological filter with a specific gravity close to water and slightly agitated with ease fo movement with water,which has a large effetive surface area, suitable for microbial adsorption adn growth on its surface
